I’m here to advise you that you don’t have to settle for an IBS diagnosis or suffering from IBS symptoms. This is a fantastic masterclass on IBS and Digestion. Learn how you can have relief and freedom from your IBS so you can get back to feeling healthy, doing the things you love, and enjoying your life without health limitations!

KEY TAKEAWAY
Don’t ever settle for an IBS diagnosis or even just knowing you have IBS symptoms and living with them.  You can absolutely overcome your suffering!!!

IBS – The name “Irritable Bowel Syndrome” is based upon a group of symptoms. That’s all that diagnosis is.  You may have had some tests to rule out visible signs of intestinal damage or disease (colonoscopy, endoscopy, MRI’s, CT Scans, etc.). However, once visible signs of problems are ruled out from that kind of testing, the cause(s) of the symptoms are generally not known and rarely investigated further by regular doctors.

This is why IBS can be more than irritating!  When I say that, I am not just referring to the aggravating and sometimes debilitating symptoms. I am referring to the fact that IBS is really a diagnosis that says “we have no idea what the problem is.”  Likely those diagnosed with IBS are prescribed a medication to deal with their symptoms and even then, it may not help and can have undesirable side effects.

As irritating as that is, it is understandable that most GI doctors don’t go any further than the IBS diagnosis. I fully respect their medical school training and how they help us amazingly in acute and emergency care as that is so very essential.  I am incredibly thankful for what they can help us with.

Honestly, though, medical school does not teach about holistic solutions & identification of root cause and addressing the underlying problems. Instead, the focus is on diagnosis and treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals and that is not going to help those with IBS overcome their struggles.

The fact is, the cause for IBS is usually a combination of things and that combination is unique to each person.  We have to be very careful about comparing symptoms with the symptoms of others and making root cause assumptions for ourselves. I always caution my clients that if you take 5 people having the same exact symptoms, their root cause and triggers can be completely different for each of them. In the same respect, you could take 5 people with similar root causes but have differing symptoms.

IBS Symptoms Inside and Outside the Gut

  • Bloating and Gas
  • Diarrhea and/or Constipation
  • Nausea and Acid Reflux
  • Cramping and Pain
  • Skin problems
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Aches and Pains
  • Fatigue and weakness
  • Brain Fog and Memory Problems
  • Allergies, Asthma, Food Sensitivities
  • Anxious feelings & Depressive Mood
  • Autoimmunity
  • And More!

I’ll say it again….YOU DON’T HAVE TO SETTLE FOR IBS – YOU CAN HAVE FREEDOM FROM YOUR SUFFERING!!!

It is absolutely possible to have relief from IBS suffering as you journey to uncover and address the root causes.  You can feel healthy and confident again in your own skin.

The fact is, your IBS does not have to hold you back from doing things you love and enjoying your life- you can get your healthy life back!  I, along with my clients will attest to that.

This masterclass also includes a good foundation about the complexities of our digestion system and things that can go wrong. I’m not sure about you, but with me and many others, when we understand “how things work behind the scenes” we are better at taking next steps to address anything that has to do with that “behind the scenes” situation.

An example would be how many parents ask their children to do something and their parents say “because I said so.” A child will be more apt to learn and take action when they understand why. It’s part of our human nature and no different for us as adults – understanding the workings behind the scenes and why things go astray will help us move forward in being more adept, motivated, and persistent at making changes as we await positive results.

So dive into the video and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.  I would love to help YOU!

Blessings ❣️
Kelly
